Q: Why did you call the blog Future Hope?

A: I entitled this blog ‘future-hope’ because we can detect our future from the hope we can see today. We have big dreams to live lives that are good and make a difference for Christ among the urban poor. So I wanted a place to reflect and identify sources of hope that I experience both in slums and on my travels. Leslie Newbeggin once said, ‘mission is hope in action’ and I wanted to highlight these actions and inspire us forward.
