I will be heading off to the Thai-Burma Border to accompany an amazing man, Kyaw Soe Moe, who will be attempting to help some fellow Burmese gain refugee status. Many, like him, have fought for democracy in Burma and have had their lives threatened as a result: some through violence, some through lobbying & others through just getting elected.

The Burmese military are destroying Burma, throughout the world there are many countries crying out for justice.

We should never take our democratic human rights for granted, neither should we whittle them away.

Burma has been crying for 30 years now & her cries deserved to be heard.
